Before I start with my main post, I am so much disgust with people who tries to take advantage of others, especially with regards to hiring maid. If you are about to engage an agent for hiring your maid, please refer to this post. The post might save you thousand of ringgits from irresponsible people. Enuf said.. this kind of people need to be reported to the police.

I’ve recently decided to start my long lost hobby of photography. Beautiful arts has always intrigue and attract me in one way or other. And being in this beautiful city of London with many characters to be captured prompted me to start with the world of digital SLR photography. I have been reading so many articles on this recently and it just amazes me how much detail and info need to be digested for a camera.. hahaha

To cut the story short, much need to be learned before I can take beautiful photos.. sigh

Updates on How to apply maid through JP Visa?

Due to maid shortage situation in Malaysia, the agency fee to hire one is extremely high. The recent maid agencies quote ranges between RM8,000 – RM13,000. Wow! that is serious amount of money to invest in a maid, which could be good (if you are lucky) and seriously bad (if you are unlucky). Therefore, I believe the most relevant things to be considered in hiring one is the effectiveness of the maid in doing their job, how good they are and last but not least the cost of hiring one.

A year ago, I decided to write on “How to Apply maid throuh JP Visa” because I could not find any help on how to apply one without going through the agency to avoid me to pay for the extremely high fee structure. I believe the process is still relevant for now with few updates on the fee structure. If you intend to choose this route or methodology in hiring your maid, then I would strongly recommend reading the first article and the comments form others here.

Red Kite Feed Me Highchair

Can you imagine how messy it is when baby or small kid eat? The correct word for it is … extremely messy because they tend to move around and play around with their food. So i decided to limit the movement and mess by purchasing a feeding highchair.

I used to have the ikea highchair back in Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, can’t be bringing all my belongings to London and frankly it is quiet old. Hence the new purchase.

The highchair was bought from ebay at relatively reasonable price versus the one in Mothercare. I’ve decided to purchase a simple one as kids grew very fast and it won’t be that long till it become useless. Fascinatingly, the delivery is significantly fast. I remembered purchasing it less than 2 days ago in the wee morning before I went for work. And today, when I arrived home, voila! There it was.. so thumbs up for the exceptionally high speed delivery.

XBox 360 UFC Personal Trainer

As I’ve mentioned in my previous post, am gonna test the UFC Personal Trainer for Xbox 360. I was out last sunday and went to HMV to purchase this game along with few other DVDs. Seems like HMV is having a sale now so discounted DVD, books and games are available for your shopping desire.

So here’s my verdict?
